ABOUT ME
Mr. Jose C. Delgado opened its very own Delgado Investments Brokerage, Inc. real estate company on July of 2020. With over 25 years of commercial & residential real estate experience, Mr. Delgado's main goal is to continue to provide exceptional commercial , residential, and property management services for his clients.
Mr. Delgado started his commercial real estate career with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company in November of 1998 where he learned the fundamental tools and skill sets to become a successful commercial real estate agent.
Mr. Delgado, a Realtor member with Downey Association of Realtors graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology - Pomona, CA in February of 1997 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Telecommunications Management. Furthermore, Mr. Delgado holds a State of California Department of Real Estate Broker's Officer License No. 01247208.
During his spare time, Mr. Delgado enjoys staying active by playing basketball, cycling, and traveling.
